No burger today (or tomorrow, but I have something else planned for then.) This Reverend has been cursed with Arafat’s overload, and just thinking about food is too much to expect.
On a related note, the burger train is petering out around here anyhow. I’ve got a few more in the planner, but I won’t have any daylight to cook and shoot ‘em until Sunday. You can expect some wonderment like:
- Greek – Will I buy a “greek” salad from the local cafe and put it on a burger? Maaaaybe.
- Plantain – These are just begging to be sliced, fried, and served atop a greasy meat.
- Pilgrim – …I’m thinking stuffing and cranberries. I’m thinking victory.
- Caprese – Fresh spinach, tomato, block of moz… should be a treat.
- Border alert – Jalapenos and BBQ sauce, on a meat, set between two pieces of cornbread. It’ll probably be murder, but I look forward to it.
- AZN – Tee-hee. Ginger slices, cabbage, “wasabi”… we’ll see.
- Egg salad – As the name implies.
Gonna go crawl in a hole and digest for awhile.
